What is included in an automation kit?

Each Krimp Productions automation kit includes the files, templates, prompts, and setup guidance described on its product page. Review the product details before checkout for the specific contents of that kit.

When will I get access to my download?

Digital downloads are available immediately after a completed checkout. We also send access details to the email address used during checkout.

Which tools are supported?

Krimp Productions products are tool-agnostic unless a product page says otherwise. Use the product description to confirm any required app, account, or file format before purchasing.

Can I use a Krimp Productions purchase for my business?

Your purchase is for your own personal or internal business use. You may adapt it for your work, but you may not resell, redistribute, share, or present the files as your own product.

What if I need help or have a refund question?

Is checkout secure?

Yes. When you choose to buy, checkout continues to a secure hosted Stripe Checkout page. Payment details are entered there, not on the Krimp Productions storefront.
